If item is in stock, all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

The shipping rate of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. You will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise accompanied by a register receipt within 7 days of purchase, for an exchange. You must notify within 7 days of receiving the product. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Items must be in resellable condition with original packaging intact. Ethereal Lure Beauty Bar reserves the right to deny any exchange.
ADDRESS FOR RETURNS
Please inquire with customer service for the return address. Please return all merchandise with a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please insure that your package is insured and that return shipping costs are paid. We do not accept returns via COD.
